Installé depuis 2012 à Lamastre, Kaopa Café torréfie de manière artisanale environ 4,7 tonnes de café par an, cela représente un grain de café dans l'univers merveilleux du café. Le torréfacteur est un appareil qui est utilisé pour la torréfaction du café vert mais c'est aussi le nom de la personne qui torréfie le café.... telle machine, tel maître. Un Probatino de petit volume est utilisé chez Kaopa ainsi qu'un Giesen W6. Tous nos cafés sont 100% Arabica. Je torréfie deux à trois par semaine pour garantir une fraîcheur optimale. Avec un peu de chance vous pourrez déguster l'espresso du jour tout en observant le travail du torréfacteur. Il ne vous reste plus qu'à trouver la célèbre "rue Noire" de Lamastre !
